Vehicle Detail
1956 Oldsmobile 88 two door. The car has a late 1970's turbo charged 301 Pontiac motor, and a 350 transmission. The motor run good. The transmission shifts fine. Rear end is a 9 inch Ford. It has four wheel disce brakes. The wheels have one center mounting nut . Has power door, locks, windows, antenna, trunk lid. A/C, AM/FM cassette player. Sun roof. Power steering. The car comes with a safety key. If the battery would ever go dead you can oprn the doors to the car. I was told the car was built around 1984 by Ron Stocker of Kanses City, Missouri. He built the car from ground up. I got the car in 2005. The good things first. The car runs and drives pretty good. The doors, trunk, windows work. All the lights work. Tires are in good condition. Rear air shocks are good. The 9 inck rear axel is fine. Exhaust is good. Wiring is in very good condition. It was rewired at one time. The thing that are bad or may need work. The paint is bad. The sun roof leaks, and will not open everytime. One power steering hose is leaking at the steering box. Brake pedal is soft, and does not have a proportioning valve. A/C is not hooked up. I do have some spare parts that will come with the car. The actual milage of the car are unknown. But over all the car is in good condition for it's age. The car is sold as is no warrenty. The car will not be turned over to the new owner untill all the money is in my bank account. I would like to see the new owner tow the car home because of the soft brakes, and the power steering oil leak. But it is up to you. I cant stop you from driving the car home. Please ask questions. A $600.00 deposit in two days. the rest is to be payed in seven days.
