Vehicle Detail

First off this car was Aztec Gold With Black Top and Black Interior from the factory! It is a numbers matching car with factory 440 4 Barrel. It has Power Windows (all work) and 6 way Power Drivers Seat (works great). The body is straight, the bumpers are the original chrome and it is good. The grille is show perfect! The dash is NOT cracked. Has fender tag still intacted. Up for auction is a Very Cool 1970 Chrysler New Yorker "R/T". This is one of one. Chrysler NEVER made a New Yorker R/T, but if they had it may have looked like this! Fools A LOT of people as they think it is real! What you are looking at is a nice example of a very large American luxury car built back in the day when Chrysler built products ruled the road. This New Yorker has 94,500 original miles and drives excellent! When I purchased the car it had had a cosmetic restoration done to it including; new vinyl top, new headliner, reupholstered seats front and rear in the original patten (looks like legendary quality) to me. It also has new carpeting. The windshield has been replaced. The car is rust free (never had any), it has been refinished in the original Aztec Gold Color. Once I got the car, I installed Brand New Magnum 500 Wheels, USA MADE from Wheels Vintiques 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. I also purchased new 275/60 tires for the rear. The fronts were almost new. During which time the brakes were checked and found to have at least 80% left. I then went to the engine compartment. At 94K miles I checked the compression, it was great! I then proceded to replace the camshaft with a Comp cams High Energy cam, it has a little more lift and duration than the stock TNT cam. This was not a TNT originally. You really can't here it but it sure runs great! Desk top dyna says 384 HP and 513 FT. LBS. of torque. A double roller timing chain and new timing gears were installed at this time. I also installed Factory Hipo exhaust manifolds with a new 2 1/2" dual exhaust system, manifolds to tail pipes with Magna Flow mufflers (sounds great) but not to loud. I also pulled the oil pan down, checked the bearings, and cleaned the oil pickup screen! The engine was reassembled with new gaskets thoughout (no leaks). The engine has been detailed and looks great! The distributor has been recurved, new plugs and wires installed. THIS BIG MOPAR RUNS STRONG!. A little history on my Mechanical abilities: I have owned and drove Mopars all my life. My first, a 1969 Road Runner bought back in 1977. I have been a Mechanic ALL MY LIFE. I know these old Mopars, every nut, bolt, etc. I have built 5 Pro street Mopar cars. I have restored, built, and modified them in just about any way possible. In other words, I know what I am doing! I also installed a new trunk mat and spare tire cover. The trunk floor looks like new, perfect! Again this car never had any rust. The oil pressure is great, it does not run hot, it starts right up (one pump), and it will cruise at 80 MPH all day long with its factory 2.76 gear ratio (not a sure grip). The transmission works excellent, shifts great and passing gear (second gear) is rock solid on the downshift! Mechanically this car needs nothing. Selling because I found a 1939 Plymouth coupe I want to build, so this REALLY cool car has to go. It came with a pile of receipts going way back, so the mileage is documentable. It had excellent maintenance prior to me owning it! You will not be disappointed in this car. Not a 100 point show car but nice. Please look at pictures, what you see is what you will receive. Ask any question you might have. NOTE: DO NOT BID BEFORE YOU ASK YOUR MOM, WIFE, DOG, OR WHOEVER NEEDS TO GIVE YOU PERMISSION. I AM VERY BUSY AND DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR GAMES. PLAY THEM WITH YOUR KIDS NOT ME. If you are straight with me I am great to deal with. CHECK MY FEEDBACK AND BID WITH CONFIDENCE. I will help on my end anyway I can with getting it shipped to you ONCE YOU ARRANGE IT. Thanks for looking. On Sep-03-11 at 19:34:34 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: if you have less than 5 positive feedbacks DO NOT bid without contacting me first or I WILL CANCEL your bid. I do not have time for games. This is serious business no BULLSH1T!
