Hi, I am regretfully selling my genuine piece of Detroit rolling steel, hopefully to someone who will appreciate it. Its got some dents and scratches, but the paint still holds a nice shine. It is an older repaint and the previous owner lived in a pine forest so the acid from the trees kind of ate the paint in a few places, didn't bother me though and its not all the way through! Interior is in okay condition there is a tear on the left side about three inches long and its a bit weathered. This is a work truck and is by no means perfect. Mileage has probably rolled a couple times. All of the gauges work, there is an aftermarket oil pressure gauge and it runs at about 65-70 psi at speeds and 25-30 at idle, which is great. Engine fires almost before you can get your finger off the button (it is a push button under the dash, P/O said theft was a problem in his town) trans is a recent rebuild and it shifts beautifully through the gears. Just did an ATF flush with new synthetic ATF+4 and adjusted the bands, changed the diff fluid with 80w140 and a can of Liqui Moly gear additive (MOS2) and the engine with Rotella T and MOS2 and adjusted the valves. I also just painted the bed with Rustoleum satin black to protect it. Truck has a 30 gal auxilliary tank mounted in the bed that has a transfer valve I never bothered to fix. Truck gets about 22 mpg. Will make someone a great work truck that will run a long as you want and not ask for much. Oh and by the way, due to me thinking I was going to keep this beast, I bought four new Firestone Transforce HT radials for it. They cost me $800 and have less than 1000 miles on them. They are not the ones in the pictures as these pics were taken a while back. Has a new starter as well and comes with recent records of what I have done. I will miss this old truck.
