This is an old 1985 Ford F 150 with a very ballsy 351 high output motor. It runs great and has a lot of power. The body and the interior aren't much to look at but I really like driving it. I purchased it last year in Sturgis, SD and drove it home to Des Moines, IA. Since then it has been a boat puller and a trash hauler. The Eagle Lift worked until last December when I put a new battery on it and made the numbskull mistake of trying to put the positive cable on the negative side of the battery and vice versa. I smoked a wire or two and it hasn't worked since. I don't have time to go through all the wiring but I have checked the fuses and they're all good. It has a new starter on it but has a history of not wanting to start when it gets warmed up. I don't know what the problem is but I do know that the engine is worth quite a bit and so is the liftgate. It starts and runs great when it's cold but I generally don't shut it off when I go to the lumber store or the dump because it will keep me waiting there until it cools down again enough to crank. It doesn't overheat and I would pretty much drive it anywhere and trust it. There just isn't enough time for me to deal with it so I'm selling it. I haven't had any issues with it since I put a new starter in, if that helps. But I won't make any guarantees that you won't have issues. Selling as is with a bottom line price of $500.
