You can hold the whole engine in your arms. This is a pre-computerized electronic engine which means it has a lot less stuff to deal with. But having said that, know that this is a 30 year old car and as with all antique cars, things can and will break and will need service. There are a number of foreign car service shops that will service this car for you but the manuals are readily available and there are 2 major Fiat parts vendors that offer everything for the old Fiat 500's so you can do all the service yourself.
