up for auction is my 1948 ford 2dr sedan hot rod/rat rod. the body is setting on a 1985 s10 chassis with power steering and power brakes. The motor/trans is out of a 1978 chevy caprice and is a 305 2bbl 350 trans with dual exhaust an 24" glass packs. the body is pretty straight and rust free [ I repaired all rusted metal and replaced trunk floor to clear new frame] the front glass and door glass is new with new rubber and felts, all side glass rolls up and down. the seats are out of a 80s buick with the drivers seat being power. the only gauges are oil,temp,amps no speedo or gas gauge. the lights all work with brake,turn,tail ,head, gauges. the car goes down the road straight and stops straight. The car is a great kruizer the way it is or you could take it to the next step. I have both front and rear bumpers and most of the trim.that will be included. the car is licensed in Idaho and has a clear tittle. a few of the draw backs are the gearing is low which makes for fun burn outs and in town driving turns higher rpms on the freeway [65 and up] the motor and trans work great but are not rebuilt, the car is super lowered which makes for a hot rod type of ride [ie rough ] I love driving the car but have too many and need to liquidate .
