1995 Mercedes S420 We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA for the past thirteen years. We are primarily in the automobile wholesale business selling to other dealerships at auction, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This is a gorgeous looking 1995 Mercedes Benz S420 sedan. This Mercedes has been very well treated, maintained and preserved. This car runs beautifully. This is a completely original vehicle with the factory CD Changer mounted in the trunk. This Mercedes comes with both of the factory/remote keys as well as the spare key, all of the glovebox manuals, and the floor mats. This S420 was originally purchased in California, where it spent most of its life. The service manual shows frequent maintenance service at the Mercedes Dealership in California. This car was traded in to a Pennsylvania Mercedes Dealership that serviced this car after the owner moved to PA. We performed a road test and safety service on this 420 in preparation for sale. The drivetrain in this car runs beautifully. The engine is silky smooth and very strong without any issues. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The owner installed a complete matching set of Michelin tires which are all showing excellent tread, and are quiet without any tread noise. All of the brake pads and rotors were recently replaced as well, and are nearly new. The oil and filters were just changed. There aren’t any drips or leaks, and the undercarriage is clean and dry. I drove this car over 60 miles, and it is an absolute pleasure to drive. I checked the equipment in this car for proper operation. I can verify all of the following items: All of the power windows/door-locks/sunroof/seats/lights and mirrors are working correctly. This has standard door closers rather than the problematic vacuum powered ones. The only thing I know of that isn’t working is the power antenna, which we can check into before the auction ends. The heater works well and the air conditioning is cold. The stereo and speakers all sound excellent. All of the gauges and instrumentation are functioning properly. The srs light stays on shortly after startup, then goes out and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The Dark Silver paint is glossy and clean over the entire body. The exterior of this Mercedes is in terrific condition with nothing other than some very minor nicks or scratches. I believe that all of the paint on this car is original. The bumpers and lower moldings are all completely intact and in great shape The alloy wheels are super clean and in great condition as well. The interior has been very well maintained and is in terrific condition. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout this car. There aren’t any rips, holes or damage on the seats or carpeting in this Mercedes. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact and tight. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle. There aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. The title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is a beautiful S420 in excellent condition. I would feel comfortable getting in and driving this Mercedes anywhere in this country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
