Up for sale is my 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC car has just under 83K on it and runs and drives beautifully, it has heated seats power sunroof and 10 disc cd player, A/C works greats during the summer, heat works great during the winter, I have been the owner for the past 3+ years and have maintained the vehicle very well, changed the oil every 3k with mobile 1 oil and filter. The car has many new parts including new upper control arms, front pads and rotors, front hubs, rear bearings, Maf sensor, car also has SCT tune under drive pulleys aftermarket mufflers with third cat removed and conical air filter. All four tires have good tread and recently had an alignment done. The car has good inspection till 2012. The exterior does have some defects including to small dents one the the drivers side quarter panel and one smaller on the passenger fender. The paint however does still shine very well and is only faded a little on the rear bumper. Also the chrome trim around the windows was painted by previous owner and the paint on it has begun to chip. As far as what the car needs to be replaced at buyers convenience is the sun roof weather stripping, it doesn't leak it just gets caught when the glass is slid back due to a small tear. As far as the title goes, i have a clear title for the car, the flood title was from the dealer i had bought it from in PA, but when i registered it to NJ they gave me a clear one. As far as the flood damage goes the car was driven into a deep puddle and the engine had taken in water, so the engine in the car was replaced with another mark viii engine from the same year. Nothing else on the car was damaged aside from some sensors which were all replaced by the dealer. The car has no rust at all on the body.
