It is finished in Silver Beige Metallic with a Silver Beige full leather interior and Bronzed T-Tops. In addition to all of the standard equipment (power steering, power windows, tilt-tele steering column, power antenna), it is well optioned with the following equipment: Six-way power drivers seat, power door locks, electric twin remote sport mirrors, gymkhana suspension, cruise control, and stereo radio with cassette player. The 1982 Corvette was the first Corvette to have a hatchback as well as the first Corvette since 1965 to have fuel injection (Cross-Fire Throttle Body). Collectors Edition Corvettes had a special color scheme, special badging, special wheels and lower profile tires. The car looks, runs, and drives exactly as you would expect of an original car with only 27,500 miles. There are a few tiny chips but this is as close to a new car as you are going to find in an unrestored “survivor.” The sale of the car includes the original Owners Manual, original New Car Warranty booklet, original Tire Warranty booklet, original Spare Tire Warranty booklet, copy of the original Invoice (from GM Media Archives), copy of the original Build Sheet (from the National Corvette Museum), and a copy of the original Window Sticker (from the National Corvette Museum). Please note: In 1992 this car was erroneously reported by Carfax as having a “Branded Title.” It was an error that had to do with a 1992 car with a similar VIN. It has been corrected and this correction is reflected on any current Carfax report. The Carfax report is spotless with no issues reported. I am happy to provide this report to any interested party.
