It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect the vehicle and to satisfy themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based on that judgement.
Payment Terms: A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of auction's end. The balance is due within 7 days of auction's end. TX residents are also responsible for Motor Vehicle Tax of 6.25%, title & registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying any and all applicable fees directly to the appropriate agency.
