Vehicle Detail

*Price Lowered* Pictures of the rust was added Up for auction is a 1990 Blazer with some custom touches. I've owned it for three years and I am forced to sell. Im moving and there is not room for the truck where I am going. The color is Dark Closionne Metallic (Admiral Blue 94 Corvette Grand Sport paint code 28A). The paint was done right, color sanded so there is no orange peel look to it. The truck was used as a daily driver for the previous owner so it has its share of scratches and chips. Since I've owned it, I have put about 15k on it so it wasn't used much. The engine and transmission; Fuel Injected 350ci (5.7L)/TH700-R4 were both rebuilt by Jasper in Ohio about 5 years ago. No leaks or problems what so ever. Always had its 3000 mile oil changes and the transmission fluid and filter were changed 4 months ago. The engine has a 1" throttle body spacer from LMC truck and a K&N air filter. The NP241 transfercase works great, I put it in 4 wheel drive every other month to rotate the ring and pinion in the front differential that way one side of the ring doesn't always sit in oil and the other half doesn't. There are 8 inches of total lift, 6" leaf springs all around and a 2.5" block in the back and a 1" block in the front. If you look at most Blazers that have a lift they tend to sag in the rear so I fixed that problem. The spring purchase in the rear was cut and re-welded on to rotate the differential so the angle on the drive shaft is straight. The cross member for the transfercase also has custom square tubing to lower it 3 inches. The front differential has a 4 degree shim. The truck has quad shocks in the front and duel steering stabilizers. The truck has Pro Comp A/T 35x12.5x15 mounted on Mickey Thompson 15x10 classic lock wheels. The steering on the truck is limited so if you wanted to put 38" (maximum) tires on it you wont have to worry about the tires hitting the front fenders. The brakes on the truck were checked 2 months ago when the inspection was done to the truck. At that time brand new brake lines with rock guard protection were put on in the rear. The exhaust is true dual, starting from the Hooker headers (ceramic coated) 2.5 inch pipes all the way back to the Flowmaster 40 series mufflers and 2.5 inch to the tailpipes. The interior was redone two summers ago. New rug front and back the cap inside was painted grey to match the interior. The rear panels were covered in tweed along with the molding for the cab, headliner and the dash. Billet aluminum accent was also put on the dash, gauge cluster and doors. At that time I put in a Sun Pro tach and a three spoke stainless steel steering wheel. The A/C blows cold air. Polk speakers were put in the dash and the kick panels. In the rear right where everyone else sticks them below the ash tray are Polk 6x9s as well. A wiring kit was used to hook up all 6 speakers and a Kenwood head unit runs everything. In the cargo area is a full size spare with rug cover. The moon visor is by LUND and the fiberglass cowl induction hood is by Unlimited products. A 4mm bar insert was placed in the grill. New window motors were put in two months ago for the driver and passenger doors. The tailgate still has the original motor which works but is slow on going up. The truck also comes with rare factory electric mirrors just offered for the 90 and 91 model year. The truck has some flaws, which might make this more a fixer upper. Both rocker panels inner and outer need to be replaced along with the cab corners. There is some small rust bubbling up around the molding for the wheel wells, The wheels wells are sold front and rear. Tailgate has two stress cracks by the top outer edges. It opens but the a piece is missing from the linkage. I know because I had to open the tailgate to redo the interior. Other then that the tailgate is solid. Extras:2 M/T center caps, for the current set of wheels + stainless steel lug nuts4 BF Goodrich A/T 35x12.5x15 mounted on M/T classic lock II wheels and the center caps to go with them. 60% tread left2 Summit high flow cats1 brand new never used serpentine belt (backup) Truck is listed locally as is, $500 deposit once auction has ended and the rest no more then 7 days later. If you have any questions feel free to ask and email through ebay please. Thank you and good luck.
