It starts right up with the first turn of the key. It has two new front tires, gets over 40 miles per gallon. The vehicle is equipped with a new Sony Xplod 52WX4 sound system. The owner of this Metro had his garage look at this for inspection, as its current inspection ran out at the end of June. He was told they could not inspect it due to rust problems, mostly in the rear where the axle attaches to the frame. It got through its previous inspection but will not get through another one without extensive repair of the rust, the owner does not want to deal with it... you might, otherwise car could be used for parts. The drivers side door handle is broken, a common issue with these cars. One rear hatch lift needs reattachment but hatch lifts fine with just one. There is some body rust, and a dent on the front passenger side as seen in my photos. When the car was last started we noticed the engine was making a knocking noise, we were told that it could be a valve or rod, but we can not say for certain what it is. The Geo has not been driven since this noise was noticed. The vechicle has AC, but it does not currently blow cold. This car is being sold as is and for pick up only and with a good title.
