Vehicle Detail
Japan-made mini-cooper look-a-like!!! I'm not going to lie. This car is little and tiny, but so much fun though!!! The car runs and drives absolutely excellent!!! Don't kick yourself later for letting this car get away. It took me a couple of years searching for this car, in this condition, year, model, not beat up, abused, cut-up, modified, and/or other. Just need the money, or else I would not even think about selling this car. Remember, this car "does not" have 100k miles, 150k miles, or even 200k miles. The car is an original 1976, White Honda Civic Hatchback, 4 cylinder, 4 speed, radio (works great), heat (blows hot like you are sitting in a sauna), retro rear wing windows, retro cluster w/blue light, and with only 61k original miles!!! WOW!!! I originally purchased this rare, vintage, neat, fun, and zippy little car, from the original family that owned it. There appears to be a #1 underneath the hood. To my understanding, this year, make, and model, was the first one ever available for sale in the state of Idaho. The car is adult owned, unmolested, babied, garaged, and original. Good: 61K original miles Interior in near perfect and/or excellent condition Mechanically sound Does not leak Does not smoke All gadgets works No electrical problems Fresh tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil, filter, fluids, flush, inspection, etc...) New battery New exhaust system Original Honda emblems & trim Dash in excellent condition (no fades, discoloration, and/or other) Wood-grain trim in excellent condition (no fades, discoloration, and/or other) Good clutch, good breaks, good tires Good transmission Handles like a go-cart Strong engine with great compression Starts and runs excellent Extremely reliable Great gas mileage Extremely well cared for Routine detailing of exterior and interior Rear seat, door panels, headliner, and/or other in excellent condition Trunk in excellent condition All lights work excellent and looks really neat at night Body is straight and original paint still in excellent condition Original owner's manual New rear trunk hydraulic lifts Much, much, much, more... Bad: No carpet currently. I pulled it out because it was 35 years old, and also to inspect the floor. The floor is absolutely solid and no apparent rust. New custom shag carpet-kit and padding delivered directly to your door for about a hundred bucks from JCWhitney. Exterior has only minor surface rust and/or other rust areas. Rust areas of course, is found in the usual areas. I have already had the rust areas treated so that they would not spread. Just look at the photos of the car for yourself. The car is about 95% restored. It would not take too much effort to get this car into pristine condition and/or showroom condition. I took quite a few photos of the car during the day, dusk, and at night, in order to show you that the car looks great regardless!!! This car definitely turns heads and always gets noticed. This car would make a great addition to a current collection. Heck, you can use this car as a daily commuter vehicle if you like. I have taken this car out of town, and the car runs flawlessly and handles excellent around every corner, turn, twists, and other. Again, nothing absolutely wrong with this car. The car runs and is a blast to drive. The car is a great vintage cruiser!!! You could drive this car from one end of the U.S. to the other right now, without any issues at all. Don't hate yourself later, because you hesitated. All the work has been professionally performed. I am not a mechanic. I do not claim to be a mechanic. I do not want to be a mechanic. I like having things done correctly and right the first time. The car is only as good as the owner. I have spent an abundant of time and money into this car. My loss, is your gain. I do have a reserve price. I have seen similar make and model, in which has more than double the mileage and absolute junk, fetching more than double what I am asking. I do need the money, but I am not going to give it away though. Please feel free to contact me you have any additional question regarding this car. I will do my best to provide you a prompt response. If needed, I can provide assistance with pick-up from the airport and shipping efforts. If you like, save yourself a few bucks on shipping, and drive this neat little car home instead. "tiny, but oh so powerful..."
