NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!! 2003 FORD WINDSTAR. BIDDING STARTS AT $0.01. Automatic, Cruise and A/C!!!!! Up for sale is a company owned 2003 Ford Windstar. The vehicle had 90,000 miles on it when we got it and we have put another 113,000 on it. All miles have been interstate miles. It has been part of an installation company and has been used to move crews from state to state. Up till this week the van has been driving from North Carolina to Georgia every week, (800 miles round trip). It has been a very dependable vehicle for us. The only thing we have done to it is replaced the transmission at around 150,000 miles. We replaced it with a brand new one from Ford. A Ford dealership in Indiana did the repairs. The only reason we are selling is to upgrade to a newer model with less miles. The van is running and driving daily with no major problems. It does have a few cosmetic problems. Here is a list! What is RIGHT with the vehicle! Runs and drives GREAT! Drives down the Interstate like a brand new one. (No pulling problems) Solid body with no major damage. GREAT tires at close to 75-80% tread life left. What is WRONG with the vehicle! Left front quarter and door damage as you can see from the photos. Come from a bump up on one of our many trips out of state. ABS light is on. Check engine light comes on sometimes but does not stay on, it comes and goes. The OD light flashes. It has flashed since the day we had the transmission changed. We would have got the Ford dealership to change it but they were in Indiana and we are in North Carolina. Driver side power window does not work. Interior needs to be cleaned. Upholstery is dirty and needs some TLC. Paint missing on the hood and the very top as you see from the pictures. The driver side door lock does not work on the sliding door. As you can see from the picture someone took it upon themselves to try and fix it but never finished the task. Drives down the road fine buts idles kind of rough when sitting still. The winning bidder can expect a good vehicle that they can drive home. The vehicle does have 203,000 miles on it though and in no way looks new. This is a No Reserve auction and I imagine that the winning bidder will get a really good deal on this van. I have tried my best to represent this vehicle as openly and honestly as I know how. However, if the winning bidder shows up to get this vehicle and decides that they have changed their minds I will not obligate the winning bidder to pay for the vehicle as long as the winning bidder helps out with the Ebay final value fees.
