Vehicle Detail
I have a 1996 chevy c3500 for sale. It has a 454 ci engine in it, and power everything. It is a four door crew cab which means plenty of space as well as captains chairs. The truck is very comfortable. We used it to tow our fifth wheele trailer wich was a monster (33 ft three slides). Its fitted for a fifth wheele hitch and also has a gooseneck hitch as well as conventional. She tows like a dream and is an exellent running truck. You will not even know you are towing anything. The only reason I am getting rid of it is that our new comunity does not like vehcles sitting in driveways so I have to sell. I have never had a problem with her. Parts if anything should ever go out are super cheap. The auto part store always has them in stock, so its really easy and cheap to fix. I intalled new break roaters, new calipers, new pads, new blower motor, new heater core, new carpet in front, and new a/c compresser. It is an awsome work truck. I have not met a job yet that I could not handle with her. Just the other day i put a pallet of pavers in the bed thats 3660lbs and she hardly even squated. The interior needs a good shampoo which I intend to do before I let her go anywhere. She has a small leak in the power steering resevour ($25 at your local auto parts store. About 1.5 hours install time.) And she is missing the driver side handle on the inside of the door. Other than that everything works like a dream for a pickup of this age. I have always taken care of it pritty well you never know when she will come in handy. The truck has about 350 ft lbs of torqe for towing or so the stats say, but I have always pulled as good if not better than my ford F250 7.3 L deisel. All in all the person who buys her is getting a darn good deal. I wish I did not have to get rid of it. I hope the next owner takes as good of care of her as I have.
