1958 Chevrolet Brookwood Wagon-EXTREMELY RARE/COOL! I just took this baby in on trade on another classic car that I sold and a part of me wants to build it[and just may] but realistically I know it wont even get touched until at least 3 months from now after I finish my current 4 projects SOOO I thought that I would throw it on here and see what type of response I'd get on it! And here is what I've been told about it/know about it! It has a SUPER solid frame,body for the most part is solid/ buildable,it will need floorboards replaced[I found them online reasonabley priced],it will need rust repair done to inside of hood lip,inside of hatch lip,quarter glass areas need body work,and it needs other rust on body repaired as shown in pics.[doors]BUT again this is defientely a buildable car ALL THE WAY! As u can see in a few pics,it came with all of the deluxe trim but all of it has been removed along with door handles,headlights,tailights,and etc.and all removed parts are supposed to be inside of car[previous owner assured me they r but in all honesty I have NOT inventoried anything-? SOO! Car supposeably has its orig.283 mtr.and it actually runs pretty good,also mls.showing r supposed to be original[think its 50 something k-? showing]! Car moves on its on power[even stops] but isn't ready to be driven on streets[loud exhaust + of course not legal to drive with all of its lights removed]. Car is NOT lowered,it just had a set of Dayton wire wheels with low pro tires that lets it sit kinda low-THAT R OFF/GONE NOW-SO IF SOLD CAR WILL BE SOLD WITH SOME ULTRA 5 STAR WHEELS THAT I HAD LAYING AROUND BUT I ONLY FOUND 1 CENTER CAP FOR WHEELS[WHEELS R REALLY JUST FREEBEES BUT ACTUALLY R NOT BAD WHEELS[pic.#22,tires will just be some old ones that hold air-nothing nice]. THE 2 BILLIT WHEELS SHOWN IN PICS.WILL NOT GO WITH CAR IF SOLD[I ONLY HAVE 2 OF THESE ANYWAYS]. Cars gas tank needs to be replaced but it comes with a perfect one that was recently bought for it and is currently stored inside of car. At the moment car runs from a gas can stored under hood so if sold and if an auto transporter picks it up it's an 'operable' car all the way so no need to pay 'inop' fees! Title got misplaced[lost] SO if sold it will be sold with a bill of sale only but u can use International Title Service to obtain a legal title with without any problems @ all for a fair price[VIN# IS THERE,NO PROBLEM HERE]! IF U R LOOKING @ THIS CAR/R INTERESTED IN THIS CAR THEN I'M SURE THAT U KNOW JUST HOW RARE IT IS[ESPICALLY SINCE 1958 IS TOTALLY BE ITSELF IN THIS AWESOME BODY STYLE] AND THEN TO BE A "RARE" BROOKWOOD WAGON-WOWWWW! LAST,WHAT U SEE IS WHAT U GET!
