I’m the second owner of this Lexus. I bought it when it had a little over 100000 miles, drove it till 175000 and my son drove it for the last 13000 miles or so and he crashed it on 5/1/2011. I have NOT taken the car to a mechanic or body shop to assess the damage. I had the timing belt, water pump, hydraulic tensioner and valve assembly replaced at 178817 miles on 8/31/2010 at the cost of $1,457. I also had a full tune up including replacing the spark plugs, fuel filter and air filter. Checked all vacuum hoses, did a fuel injection system service and flushed the brake system at 165456 miles on 5/20/2008 at the cost of $736. Mechanically the car was and is running just fine but I haven’t cared for the exterior as I should have so the paint is not the greatest. It has 6 CD in glove comportment, navigation, cold AC, dual power seats, moon roof, front and side air bags and much more. The break light is on so it's needs breaks but other than that and the accident, doesn't need anything else. The leather inside is NOT cracked and in pretty good condition for its age and mileage. The chrome wheels showing on the picture are NOT coming with the car. I have the original wheels but the center cap doesn’t match the finish of the wheel. Bottom line, it makes a great project car or a part car for someone who has one like it since parts are so expensive. I have NOT salvaged the title.
