This bike was built by professional fabricators and welders with the utmost skill and attention to detail in mind. The process of this build included the 100% tear down and complete prep of every nut, bearing and seal and the complete build up with 100% OEM Honda hardware. The chassis has ZERO rides on it since conversion. Brand new amenities include complete plastics kit, Pro Circuit Works pipe (custom from the Pro Circuit factory here in California), brand new oversize 3 gallon Acerbis tank w/ quick fill option, Pro Moto Billet kick stand and more. Chassis is a 2006 Gen. 4 CRF 250 R platform and all engine mounts, cradle, radiator spigots ect. are in-house custom billet aluminum pieces. In the fabrication process we do not stretch or alter the frame geometry, on the contrary we do a full cradle replacement that fits into the stock factory mounting pockets with machined billet aluminum engine mounts.
