This is a 1976 Capri, built by Ford of Germany, imported and sold at Mercury dealers in the U.S. I am the second owner, have owned it for the last 13 years.100,195 miles currently. I bought it with about 60,000 milesHigh performance V6, competition cam, ported heads.Offenhauser intake manifold, Holley 4bblHeaders with 2 1/2" dual exhaust with flow masters.4 speed transmission, heavy duty clutch.Sway bars, Bilsteins, 15 X 7 Enkie 92s Lowered about 2"Uncut panels, Corbeau seats, very clean interior.The exterior is original white, needs paint to be perfect.This car is fast and fun to drive. It gets more looks and comments than any car I've ever had. It is not capable of being registered in California because of smog requirements. Capris are excellent candidates for a 5.0l conversion which is a cheap and simple project due to readily available parts.
