You are bidding on 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra. Before I get into vehicle specifics, allow me to give you some of this Cobras history. I am the second owner, the first was a middle aged man that worked for Ford and purchased this first run 03 Cobra at the end of 2002. I have personally viewed this Cobra several times prior to buying it, as its original owner entered it many local car shows and cruise nights. In fact, after two years of nagging (and a little luck) he finally sold it to me in the summer of 2005 where it has stayed ever since. This vehicle is absolutely immaculate and quite possibly one of the top three cleanest 03’s on eBay today. It has never seen rain and by no means snow. During my ownership I have been the only person ever to drive this vehicle, which consists of maybe 800 miles a season driving only to cruise nights and an occasional joyride. Never abused in any way! Royal Purple 5W20 is the only oil that has ever flowed through this Cobras veins with a Mobil 1 oil filter. When it is not driven it is cleaned before its Cover Craft car cover (car cover included with car) goes right back on and placed in my garage. In the winter, it is stored in my heated garage with a full tank of 93 octane and fuel stabilizer. There are no scratches or swirls in the paint, or any stains in the interior. There is however a very small ding on the corner of the left tail light from when the original owner installed the sequential tail lights. Being a Cobra enthusiast I am sure you are aware that the first run Cobras occasionally had a head tick issue. This particular Cobra was subject to that issue prior to my ownership. The original owner explained to me that soon after he had purchased the Cobra he had the head tick, where he immediately had it addressed. Instead of getting sent back to Ford, the original owner was so anal and made such a stink that Ford had the Cobra sent to Roush to be repaired. He was nice enough to give me all of the paperwork documenting its repair, which I still have. During my ownership I have had ABSOLUTELY no issues with the vehicles drivetrain or anything else for that matter pertaining to this Cobra. It runs strong and feels as good to drive as the day it came from the factory. The motor has be completely unmolested. Also, I am including all four original 17x9 machined rims, car cover, and an interior carpeted trunk lid cover that says “COBRA” (uninstalled) made by Foose designs.
