Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1992 Geo Metro XFI. This was a factory experimental concept from Geo to achieve the highest miles per gallon out of the little 3 cylinder 1.0L motor. Miles per gallon depends on how you drive the car, but plus 50 miles per gallon can easily be achieved and close to 60 is not out of the question. The little motor fires right up everytime with a new battery, has good tires, good brakes, nice rust free under carriage, aftermarket CD player, fair interior for a 1992 car, the odometer shows 78,000 miles and it runs and drives very well. This model has been upgraded with an a/c unit that works but will need a charge to get it blowing ice cold. You can research the XFI on the web, it was way ahead of all the hybrid ideas and gets miles per gallon than most of the cars on the road today. This car has a salvage title due to some light fender damage to the drivers side. There is no frame or suspension damage, it runs and drives fine. Look at the pics and email for more information. Car is selling is selling as is where is, there are no warranties implied expressed or given. I am selling this car to the highest bidder, no reserve. Please bid responsibly. Car must be paid for and picked up within 2 weeks of auction close. If you want to fly into Sacramento and drive it home, it should make it without any known problems to me. If you want to have the car transported, please check on the transport rates before you win the car. Thanks for looking and good luck on getting this little piece of Geo and miles per gallon experimental history.
