1980 Corvette Coupe. Original Owner 26,000 mile "A" Title car. Roger Penske's original White on Red Demo vehicle delivered through his dealership, Roger Penske Chevrolet in Southfield, Michigan. I am selling this car for my mother who is 83 years old and unable to drive anymore. My father gave it to her as an anniversary gift 31 years ago and has been stored in a heated garage it's entire life. Now it just needs a little TLC. Exterior - The vehicle has all its original paint with the exception of the front end.. The front needs paint now due to the low nature of the bumper which is easy to scrape, especially for older folks. Car has never been in an accident. Paint is in great condition with your typical amount of wear for a vehicle this age. My father dropped one of the T Tops and is now cracked, the other is fine so one of these will need to be located. Tires are new and the wheels are in great shape with no scrapes. They just need a good polish. Interior - The interior is original and in excellent condition with no rips or tears. Carpet is in great shape also, but needs a quick shampoo. Everything works. Windows, door locks, A/C blows COLD, gauges, etc. Car has every option. Mechanical - Everything on the car functions properly. Drives straight. Brakes stop well and do not pull, the suspension has no rattles, transmission shifts like new, motor is smooth with no ticks. Car has always been serviced by Chevrolet. Comes with custom car cover. This vehicle is an excellent representation of a true American Classic. Perfect for a collector looking for an unmolested Corvette with the most sought after interior / exterior color combination.
