2000 BMW 323Ci. 89K miles. Sport package. 5-speed manual. One owner since new. Even though BMW chose to badge this car as a 323Ci, it does have a 2.5 motor from factory (same as the 325ci). The reason for this is because the 330i was about to be released the following year and the factory thought that the 325i badge was too close to the then current 328i. This car belongs to my wife. It has been driven by an adult female and extremely well maintained. It has also been very reliable. Family addition forced sale. We really cared well for this car. You will be hard pressed to find one in better condition. Tires are new and have about 70% of life left. The same applies to the front and rear brake pads and rotors which are also new. Had a tune-up done in the last year (new spark plugs, valve cover gasket, new air filter, new cabin a/c air filter, replaced brake fluid). The radiator and its expansion tank (BMW OE parts) are also new (with new fluid). We were not planning on selling the car. Having owned this car since new, I know its entire history. I know there is nothing significant that is wrong with it. I am big fan of full disclosure. So by reading the items below, you will get a virtual look inside my head and know everything I know about the car and will have no surprises when you pick it up; Everything…and I mean everything….. works properly on this car. The only minor defect is that the airbag light stays on the dashboard (passenger seat sensor) and the yellow oil light (not the red oil light) stays on for only a few seconds after you start the car and then the light goes away. I have been informed by the BMW dealer that the yellow light for a few seconds is not a big deal as long as the dipstick shows the oil level is OK. The primary key works perfectly (all functions). Keyless entry function on the spare key does not work (but regular key operation is fine). Interior: the interior is in great shape (much better than normal wear). Everything looks new with the exception of the small spider web crack (shown in the picture) in the driver’s seat, and the small section of the headliner that is a bit unglued. Exterior: Again in great shape. Absolutely no door dings. We always parked in furthest most isolated spots in order to avoid them. It does have some very small dings on the hood and on the roof that are too small to capture with a camera (due from some nuts that fell on the car while parked under a tree). Florida car its entire life – No rust. The paint is in very good shape with the exception of the clear coat on the rear bumper (in some areas) as shown in the pictures Engine & drivetrain: Runs excellent just like it did the first day we bought the car. It does have what appears to be a very minor fluid leak from the power steering but it has been this way for about 2 years and it only requires a bit of fluid to be added every oil change or so. One “must do” requirement of this sale is that the buyer meets me at a tag agency in order to transfer the title. The buyer would not have to register the car (if he or she does not wish to do so), but the title needs to be transferred for liability reasons. No exceptions. Full payment required within 7 days of auction close. $500 deposit witin 48 hrs.
