Really sweet old naked wing. 33k original miles. Runs great. Some customization done by previous owner, including bars, clamps, taillight, turn signals, and floorboards with heel/toe shifter. It has a kind of morbidly obese cafe vibe to it. If you know old wings, you know these motors are bulletproof. I don't know how old the timing belts are, but I've got a new set. I would recommend that they be changed soon. It's not a bad job. You just have to unbolt the radiator and let it dangle, then go after the timing covers with a 10mm wrench. I just don't have time to put them on myself. I'm only selling it because I'm needing to generate some cash to finance another opportunity. There are a few nicks and scratches. The battery is holding a charge for now, but it will probably need a new one next spring. The seat could stand a new seat cover, available on ebay for not much. It holds your bottom in place and goes down the road just like it is now, though. Tires are good. A lot of old wings blow smoke on the left (kickstand) side when you start them because the cylinders are pointed downhill and the oil runs past the rings. This one does not. It's a good bike. I love this bike. When I bought it I thought I was going to keep it forever. It kind of gives me a lump in my throat to let it go. Here's the best part. I live in STURGIS, SD! Yes, home of the famous Sturgis Rally. Yes, I live three blocks from Main St. Yes, the Rally officially starts on August 8. So you can ride this sweet old honey right through the middle of main street during the Rally with a quarter of a million of your closest friends if you want. You can tell your wife you're only coming to pick up your new motorcycle and you have no interest whatsoever in the rest of it. She'll totally buy that. Just don't let her google "Sturgis Rally photos" or you won't get out the front door. $100 deposit via Paypal due immediately upon end of auction. The remainder of the balance has to be to me within 7 days of the end of the auction, or you can bring cash (no personal checks) when you pick the bike up. If you send the money, I will only accept a cashier's check or postal money order for the balance, but it must clear my bank before I hand you the keys and the title. No money in my pocket, no crotch rocket. Do not email me and ask me if I can ship this to Nigeria for you if you pay me an extra $25,000. Try putting your time and energy into improving your country instead. Don't bid on this and then ask me if you can make payments. Don't buy this and then tell me your mommy (or your wife, or whoever runs your life) said you can't have it. It costs money to list things on ebay and I don't feel compelled to subsidize your status as a nitwit.
