I am selling a 1954 chevrolet 3100 pickup. The truck has the 235 six engine that does turn over with starter real easy. I have taken the spark plugs out and they look great. I put new points and condensor and engine does fire real well. I have messed with carb, but am not mechanicly inclined enough to get it to go. Got to be something simple(like gas) and have not given up completely. The truck does have the 4-speed hydromatic transmission in it. It did come with this from the factory, and the shift is on the column. Transmission has fluid in it and is not burned up. Tried to find out how rare the truck is, but have had no luck at that. Everyone tells me it is rare. Also the starter button is on the dash and not on the floor like the other ones. By the pictures you can tell the truck has surface rust and a few dents. The cab corners are in need of repair, as well as the floor. This is not a rust bucket. I do have the seat that goes with the truck but it needs covering. The cab is the 5 window cab with all of the glass. One wing glass and center back glass are not in it but I have those that will go with truck. The visor is another feature that makes these old trucks look good, and it is in good shape. The bed has metal in it, but wood underneath don't look too bad.The truck has been setting for some time, but guy said it was a runner when it was parked. This truck is not beat all to pieces like lots of them are. I am selling this truck because I need the money.
