Vehicle description 87 Mustang GT, rare t-top car street or strip Miles are unknown speedometer is not hooked up, clear South Dakota titile Ford Racing 460 shortblock w TFS aluminum heads, edelbrock victor intake, holley 1050 dominator carb. 3 quart accumulator for prelube or loss of oil pressure. Transmission Specialties Pro 2000 powerglide with pro trans brake, 4200 stall and large cooler Car is tuned on E85 but could easily switch to race gas or pump gas. I have on e85 since it is cheaper,easy to get here without detuning the car any for the street. The car had 12 passses on it when I bought it 3 years ago. It had run a best of 11.09 then and I have never run it on a prepped track. Car has mostly been used for occasional cruise night and out to the track a few times for Friday night test and tune for fun. they dont prep the track for these and the car was deady consistent running 11.18 to 11.20 depending on the night. Car drives great down the track. A kid could drive it. Would easily run 10's with some tuning or make a fun weekend cruiser. Just needs dot legal tires as it has slicks on it now. ( I never switched and never had a problem but is also rarely driven) The car has the best of everything and would be glad to give you more info if you want to contact me. I have the manuals and info for everything on the car. I have the rear seat and a 5 gallon fuel cell for it also. the car has a sumped factory tank now with working gas guage. Power windows locks lights all work. No heater, wipers radio etc. The car is not perfect but looks pretty good considering its age. was repainted at sometime but is not perfect. Missing door trim on right door but I have one and will paint it. Tail lights are scratched as lenses came off during a run. Bumper reinforcements have been removed and rear bumper trimmed for tires. Car sounds amazing and can back it up. Love the car but dont have time for it so hoping someone can use it.
