UPDATE!! I don't believe it folks, but I got bored and decided to try to get it started and it did! Ran smoothly on starter fluid. Fuel pump works. Carbs probably need to be rebuilt. But, It Runs!!! This Datsun 240Z has exceeded mechanical limits and would be best for parts as it is complete. Possibly a candidate for restoration as it is an early production model and most of the deterioration is in the body panels. I parked this car in running condition about 10 years ago and intended to restore it myself someday but find myself in need of food instead and must sell. This car comes with an extra, complete engine that may or may not run (see pic). I forgot to mention that it also comes with a replacement for the rear bumper. Also the air-conditioning compressor and condensor are included, but are not installed (see pic). On a final note, I have owned this car for 20 years and love it. I've owned a Porsche and a Corvette since buying this car and the 240Z is STILL my favorite sports car. I hope someone can bring it back to life or at least make some good of its' parts. Sold As-Is.
