Up for bid is my baby. 1983 CJ7. I will be a specific as possible as to what was done and what it may need. This is my 4th CJ. The reason I am selling it is I have no time to drive it. I bought this from my neighbor a couple of years ago. Here are the things that he did. 4 inch lift kit from Rough Country Springs Shocks Bushings. New Mickey Thompson 35 in Baha Crawlers on MT 12.5(90% tred). The centers are powdercoated black with stainless synthetic bead lock rings. Custome 3 in. shackles. Dropped in a rebuilt Cevy small block 305 v8 with hedman headers to side pipes(sounds Nasty) Automatic trans that shifs smooth. 4wd is a beast. Breaks are in good shape. Now for int. Newer best top black seats in the front cj seat in the rear. Pioneer flip face stereo with remote JVC rear speakers. Int lights work well, not the brightest All guages work except for the temp. I discconected. I will have that working.No she does not over heat) Body. Typical JC stuff. It does have some Cancer on the front 1/4 . the rear back 1/4's are starting to go, but a fairly easy fix. Floors are in good shape both front and back. It looks like somebody used Rustolium red on the sides of the hood. not sure why. She runs strong. I may have put 2000 miles on her over the last couple of years. Strickly a summer driver. I never took it off road. Now for the things that need attention. When my buddy put the motor in he didn't put the rear main seal in correctly so it does leak a bit, not bad but I want to mention it. When I put the stereo in, I some how lost the fog lights and the right turn signal. I think it is a short in the front, nothing majior. The soft top is in good shape except that sombody stole the rear windows. This comes with a soft top and soft doors that come apart for half doors. Hardtop with good glass(bronze) rear gate is getting rusty will need replacement sometime. Hard doors are yj with mirrors on them, windows roll up as they should. Passenger side is excellent, drivers side is missing the int panel and can only be opened from the outside lever. It also come with a newer bikini top. I will also throw in some patch panels I have as I was going to fix the body. That all I can think of, any question give me a call 215-688-1489. The jeep is in CherryHill NJ just outside Philly.
