You can email me for more pictures. For sale is a 1978 Mercedes-Benz 300D sedan. This is a four door sedan with a five cylinder Mercedes-Benz Diesel engine well known for it's reliability. This car has power windows, automatic transmission, sunroof, cruise control, rear defroster, AC and more. The AC system did blow cold but the climate control system is not perfect and I think the AC needs to be recharged. Engine runs well and transmission shifts well. I have driven the car locally as well as on long trips and it has been very reliable. Runs well on interstate etc. The interior of the car is very clean and in very good condition. Seats are in good shape, carpet is extra clean, dash is not cracked! Door panels, headliner, etc. all appear to be in very good shape. The exterior paint looks nice and glossy but is not perfect. The car has some rust and had some body work done at some point in the past. The car just had a fresh oil and filter change. Currently, the car has less than 265,000 miles on it and I have changed the oil regularly. Transmission fluid and filter were changed about 10,000 miles ago. It was very clean, no film in the pan etc. I checked the transmission fluid just the other day and it was still very clean and right on the full mark. You can see the car in Goochland, VA just west of Richmond, VA. Car needs to paid cash in full and picked up within 7 days of auction ending unless I agree to other arrangements. A PayPal deposit may be required after auction ends. Delivery may be available for a fee. I would recommend inspecting the car in person prior to purchase. In order for the car to be delivered I will at least need a deposit. The car is being sold as-is with no refunds. I believe the car is in very good shape for it's age. I would, and did, drive it anywhere I had to go. It looks good and was reliable. The car is a 1978 and is not perfect.
