1983 Honda Nighthawk

You are bidding on a 1983 Honda CB 550 Nighthawk. This is a beautifully clean motorcycle with minimal aging, it runs GREAT - however needs a new clutch spring to engage the clutch, but still can shift while riding. This requires minimal cost and work with the help of a Clymer's manual (included). The bike has newer tires and a brand new battery. This is a great bike to start your love of riding with, and/or a collectors item based on Honda only releasing this CB 550 for one-year! The bike is shaft-driven, so no messy chain to deal, runs clean and well-maintained. Fortunately none of the body pieces are missing, the one side-panel is cracked but attached and looks much better than being missing. The seat is patched-up under where your right and left legs sit, just from aging. Since I first got the bike I have been replacing any items that were missing or damaged in any way, for OEM parts in better shape (i.e. front, fender, side-panels, etc.). You will love this motorcycle as much as I have, it is great to ride and has a lot of power packed into a 550cc engine. The buyer is responsible for pick-up.
