Very clean inside and out. Excellent condition for its age. No odors from humidity, dirt or smoking. Leather is in very good shape especially the unused back seats. Rarely had passengers and was not used for towing.Body metal is in excellent condition. I purchased this in S Florida in 1999 and then transferred it to VA when I moved in 2005. Both states are too mild for Chicago style rust and the road conditions have been kind to the Bilstein shocks and suspension. Full maintenance records since I took delivery are on an available spread sheet. Every maintenance or repair expense was recorded in quicken with a report available. FEATURES This early SUV has the desirable Denali body design. GMC was changing the look from the traditional squared look. The design became very popular and filled the product line in later years. In addition to being sold with the updated body the 1999 Denali meant the deluxe Yukon package and included all options available from the factory such as leather and real wood-grain interior. Replaced w/new 12/2009)New $1,039 tires are high quality Michelin LTX M/S2 265/70 R16’s replaced at 142,800 miles 8/10/2010. These Michelins have 16,200 miles on them and last for 80,000 miles so there is about 63,800 miles left. Also note that the full size spare received a brand new Michelin tire as well. No worries about a rotted spare.New Catalytic Convertor replaced at 149,281 11/2010. Emission & safety sticker good in VA until 5/2012.New multifunction rear view mirror. (Plastic warped and brittle. Replaced with new factory part 10/2010)Vehicle has only had Mobil Synthetic 10-30W oil for all changes since 1999.New 8 year main battery 6/2011 as part of my normal maintenance 6yr exchange cycle. The spare 2nd battery is about 3 years old. Note that I installed a 2nd battery as a spare. It charges off a built in marine grade charger whenever the vehicle is running so it maintains fully charged spare at all times. It is isolated and will not discharge even if you leave an interior light on for 2 weeks. It remains charged and ready to jump start the SUV or it can be removed for a bass boat electric motor or other uses.All regular maintenance has been performed and is up to date. Last shop visit was June of 2011. KNOWN ISSUES I watch my vehicle closely and have it serviced quarterly. Although there may be something I am not aware of I am pretty confident these are the only items you will find. You should be able to see all of these in the photos. I am trying to provide as full of disclosure as possible so there are no surprises. The driver’s side heated seat does not work. I cannot find a replacement back seat element. It may be only a connection but I have not disassembled the back seat to check.The switches for the rear heated seats broke free of their center console mounts. They work just fine but have fallen back into the center console and are not easily accessible.The rear FLOOR cup holder was kicked and the plastic mount tab cracked off the center console. However, there are more functional cup holders in the rear seats center fold down arm rest.WEAR & TEAR COSMETIC ISSUES There are some pieces of the windshield vent grill missing. This is minor and cosmetic.Body marks – paint is in very good condition and clean. There are some very small rock dings and other tiny blemishes typical of normal wear and tear. An idiot with a shopping cart did scratch the front bumper on the top corner. It is not too terribly noticeable unless you are looking for it. It is hard to photograph so I can't show you on line. There is a small vertical mark on front bumper passenger side and the top L and R corner of the rear bumper has the black paint flaked off (about 3”x4”) but the bumper is black so you may not see it in the photos.Driver’s right armrest has dark spiderweb cracks. No splits.Light spots on the trunk mat but the rest of mat looks very good. I had a moving blanket in the back at all times so the cargo area looks really good otherwise.Cracked center console lid area but structurally sound.
