You are bidding on a very rare little 1993 Suzuki Swift GT. This car was produced in low numbers and this is a nice surviving example of the car. This was a factory experimental "race car" and is basically a Geo Metro on steroids. The factory threw everything they had at this little monster to make it handle and perform like a dream, and it does. The engine is where it all starts-a 16 valve, dual overhead cam motor that red lines in the 7000 rpm range. The longer you stay in the gas the harder it pulls. It also has a direct injection fuel injection system which helps with performance. It also has a Mallory distributor and high output coil which feeds high performance plugs and wires. Breathing for the motor is CA Smog approved high flow K & N style air filter. The motor fires right up everytime with a new battery and runs like a scared cat. It is unreal how much power and pull this little 4 cylinder produces. The car has a nice smooth clutch and a nice shifting 5 speed transmission. Performance is great, but the mpg doesn't suffer either as it still gets in the 30's all day long. The interior of the car has nice ice cold a/c, aftermarket CD player, factory Recaro race seats, factory split rear bench, folding power side view mirrors, rear spoiler, rear defrost, and rear wiper. The car has a factory Swift GT front bumper with driving lamps in the lower front facia, factory ground effects kit, high performance muffler with dual tips, Swift GT only rear bumper, and a fantastic all factory suspension package. For starters it has strong 4 wheel disc brakes. The brakes have been recently replaced and the car will stop on a dime. All 4 corners have MacPherson struts with independent rear suspension. Topping the whole look and feel of the car are the performance wheels and tires. The car runs, drives and handles like a little race car. Fast and quick to get to the power on the high revving motor, strong brakes, great suspension, this little Swift GT has it all. The interior of the car has a real race car look and feel and the outside of the car also lets the world know that this is no regular Geo/Swift. I bought the car about 6 years ago from a local charity auction. At some point in the cars life it was repaired and repainted on the drivers side of the car as you can see in the pics, there are no factory GT decals there. I tried to buy them from Suzuki but they are not available. I have a clean and clear California title for the car, but apparently the car has a rebuilt title status from Oregon in it's title history?. The car passes the CA smog test everytime and I have never had any issues with anything on the car. It doesn't smoke and run hot, fires up everytime and goes down the road very nicely. No rust issues anywhere that I know of. There are 2 small dents in the rear section, one of the hatch back area and the other on the passenger side 1/4. I included pics of each. Car has good glass, great tires, great brakes, clean interior for a 1993, decent paint, but not bad for a 1993, and real fun stance and feel. Look at the pics and email with questions.
