1967 Ford Custom 500 4 door police car 289 Engine Dual flowmaster exhaust. 3 speed on the column (3 On the Tree) 4 Brand new tires with less than 50 Miles on them. Professional Rechromeing, Mild Cam fresh rebuild only 88,000 miles on the car in total. Edelbrock Performer intake, and Edelbrock 600 4bl carb, New Edelbrock water pump and air cleaner, Classic industries valve covers all new belts and hoses, new brakes and suspension, HEI Distributor Moroso Wiresets, and electric Fuel pump. Custom work includes Police paint package PPG Wet Black Paint and PPG White. with Mayberry Sherriff Star on door. Police Spot Light, Mayberry RB-363 Beacon, and Period Siren, Motorola Police Radio, with Whip Antenna and Gutter Clip. No Dents, scratches, new carpet, and new uninstalled dash cover. California car, and has never seen rust. Seats and door panels are in fair shape. It does need a headliner. Great for parades, car shows and two first place trophies are included, as is all documentation tracing the cars history. Is the car drivable? could I drive it to phoenix? Does it have A/C? Although ducted for A/C I see no evidence that the car had it, and it dosent now. Marc had it sent from CA to here in PA on a trailer. That is not to say I would think twice about jumping in it and driving to Phoenix. I have no doubt it would make it in glorious 1967 comfort. 2. Can you give more dietails on the engine and interior. Other than a freh rebuild Marc (Who is not an engine guy) has lots of recipts from the owners of it. If you can sort them out more power to you. I have 22 photos that can be emailed to you upon request. 3. Do the police bother you driving this? No. Seriously there is no question this is NOT an active duty police car. In fact they have requested to borrow it from time to time to use on local parades, and other honor duties.
