This is a 2000 GMC Savana Explorer Conversion Van, fully loaded with all the the extras. While it has a few flaws and 199k miles, the vehicle has been well cared for- regularly serviced, looks and runs really well! I purchased the vehicle from Behlman's Used lot back in 2005. It had 68k miles, is smoke free- and its seen mostly highway driving. In addition to regular oil changes it's been serviced regularly, and even had some upgrades. Anything that is missing or might be broken (disclosed below) were original issues when purchased, just never replaced. Carfax indicated it had been in an accident in '03, and had some sort of lein at some point prior to my purchasing- but I am its third ownere and currently hold a clear title on this van. Features include: Vortec V-8 5.7L engine (recently new plugs, wires, battery, oil & fluids change, distributor); new Automatic transmission (Aamco installed with limited warranty); Newer tires with less than 7,000 miles on them; Premium Stereo; Additional Rear Stereo & Headphone outlet at all rear seats; prewired for Nintendo Game System; 17" dropdown TV; Front & Rear Heat/AC with controls front and back; Center cooler with heated/cooled cup holders; Full powered leather bucket seats driver & passenger w/heat & lumbar; Dual removable leather rear bucket seats; Rear leather bench powered seat (becomes large bed!); Lots of luggage space in back; Vac & Air compressor; overhead reading lights throughout; Anti Lock brakes; Power Steering; Power mirrors; Heated Mirrors; Cruise control; driver & passenger side airbags; Aluminum sport wheels; Super Springs on rear for added payload; Towing package; Electric Brake package; Tinted and various opening windows all around; Custom pull down window shades Damage or Missing: The van came without a rear VCR/DVD player. The wiring is present and I understand any Best Buy could add in it or a game system. TV works but needs that missing peice to connect the antenna; The running board package installed by Explorer has been replaced on the driver side after storm damage, but it was discovered there were also cracks on the passenger side (not covered by insurance)- making the step weak for the passenger. It sounds like some shoring up would help- and the cracking only appears inside the wheel well; The seems on the drivers seat appear to have been repaired prior to my owning- and have split open. Photos of all these items are included. Aside from these items it has minor blemishes, dings, and some normal wear/tear, but nothing beyond. Finally it passes all safety inspections, but is having an issue passing MO GVIP which is the area emissions. In a St Louis test, it automatically fails because the "check engine" light is illuminated. We've put $1250.00 into tune up, parts and injector cleaning in addition to the October transmission replacement. Shop says they are pretty sure it needs a good valve job to cure the issues, and GVIP is willing to waiver it for 90 days which would pass to the new owner for updating tags. If you are outside the area, this may not matter, depending on your local emissions regulations. Given there may be some work needed, the price has been lowered from its 8500.00 estimate to its current price. It runs like a dream and even the two shops its been in have commented they can't believe it has over 190k miles. I replaced this Van with an F350 while the transmission was being fixed, so it's not getting the use to make up for the repairs I've put into it. For the right owner she'll be a great vehicle.
