This a beautiful Porsche 914 2.0 from the final year in which this classic “adult go cart” was manufactured. It was originally delivered in San Diego, CA where it has resided for the past 34 years until brought to Los Angeles in December, 2010. It features a low, low 62,000 original miles. This 1976 Porsche targa style convertible is equipped with the larger 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine and a manual transmission. The exterior is tan and the interior is brown. The engine is spirited and the handling in this puppy is outstanding! It is still fuel injected, with all the lines, injector, etc. recently replaced. The heat exchangers have no rust and the doors do not sag. There are no rust issues with car which has only had 3 owners. The entire suspension has been converted, including koni adjustables on all 4 corners, all discs 5 bolts. The car just passed California emissions testing in 2011. While this car exhibits some wear that one would expect from a 35 year old car, it is exceptionally clean and runs strong and sweet. It will surely make someone for whom this low-to-the-ground, fun-as-can-be open top chariot possesses a strong appeal very happy as its new owner.
