Up for sale is my 1999 s500 grand edition. This collectors model has only 90k pampered miles. It is one of only 600 made worldwide. Basically the last 600 w140's hand made in Germany. This car spent its life in Florida in a climate controlled garage. It was traded at Pompano Mercedes for a new S class. I purchased it and it has been wonderful weekend cruiser for me. I tried to keep the car as I received it in near perfect condition. The car is Beatiful as u can see. The paint still looks new with a mirror finish. no paint work at all. still has the original hand painted pin stripe intact all around. There is not one ding that I know of on this car. Only a few tiny stone chips on the hood/bumper as u would expect to see on any car. TINY! The interior is a 9 of 10 and the wood still looks and smells new. Cigarette lighter was never even used. Head liner is spotless. Only a small wear spot on the driver's seat bolster as seen in the pics. 5.1 Bose surround system and 6 disc work perfect and has incredible sound. I also will include a ipod cassette hook up work great. Dual climate control has ice cold air if needed. This car rides extremely smooth and quiet as it should. Double pain glass all around. Even a fire truck can barely be heard inside the cabin. This car has door sills that light up the Mercedes logo and are a treat at night. It also has xenon HID head lights and rear power sun shade options. All power options are in working order as well as the power rear sun shade, power door closers and power trunk close. Even has built in police radar detection. The 300HP 32 valve engine purrs like a kitten and the transmission shifts like butter. Transmission has recent synthetic fluid and filter service. Tires and brakes are 90%. There is a small scratch in the right rear window tint. All windows are tinted a very light 50% all around which gives the perfect amount of privacy. Only Mobil One used in this car from new. None of the check engine or trouble lights are on. I stored the car through the winter months. Need garage space for new AMG.
