The auction is for one 1958 Mercedes 190SL convertible, in very nice condition. I am listing this car for a friend and will answer all questions, This car has been repainted and the finish is stunning.The car has excellent bright chrome, very nice black leather interior, new carpets, the soft top is in really nice, the photos show black speckles, that must be my camera, the top is like new and bright white no fading or wear. near new condition, plastic rear window clear, and hardware to engage into window works as it should. The car has about 37K miles on title and odometer. There is no way of confirming miles but based on the original rubber clutch and brake peddles the car hasn't been driven much. The car is in very good overall cosmetic and mechanical condition. The super sharp beautiful red correct mercedes 543G code, exterior with its majestic chrome accent and black leather interior and white top is in wonderful condition. Ready to show or go, the car has been well maintained with parts replaced as required. other items, glass, excellent, working aftermarket radio, original radio come with the car, dash board was covered in black texture paint, and looks nice, gauges all clear, and working, speedo cable may need replace since the needle bounces a little when driving, has aftermarket steering with blinkers on remote switch that works as it should, engine runs as it should, no over heating at 113 F Arizona heat, leaks etc, no issues, the transmission shift smothly up and down the gears, with the shifter a little loose, tires like new no dry rot, brakes stop the car with no issues There is only a convertible top, not that anyone would use the hard top any way. body and frame have absolutely no issues as the photos show, original steel body, with light weight aluminum doors, trunk and hood. the floor boards, all appear original Currently the car is driven to local events with no issues, and draws lots of attention.
