1991 Mercury Capri Convertible 141K Miles The car runs and drives well. No major issues. The engine and transmission work fine, and the AC and all other major components function properly. The exterior looks good for its age. The paint is slightly faded in some areas, and there are some scratches, but most of them could probably be buffed out. Also, the driver's door needs a latch; because it will not open from the outside. However, that shouldn't cost much. The tires are in good condition with about 70% tread remaining. The interior is also in good condition for its age. The diver's seat is ripped, the driver's door pocket is missing, the passenger's window will not go down, and the rear-view mirror needs to be attached back to the window. Again, these are minors As you can se in the pictures, the rear window of the convertible top was damaged. So it will need to be repaired, or you could replaced the entire top. You could replace the convertible top for as low as $200, or you could replace the window for much less. Overall, this is a nice little car to be 22 years old, and only needs minor TLC.
