1969 Honda CB

This breaks my heart to sell but...original 1969 Honda CB350 cafe. indoor dry stored.5,566 miles.Runs fine.New battery, was replaced to orig specs.Bike is in very good condition and I think even the paint is original !!A true time capsule.The negatives are:rear tire is flatthere is a dent in the right hand side of the gas tankone turn signal lens cover was replaced on the left front which does not match the original.I have looked to find the paperwork title when I bought it and cannot find it.After checking with DMV, I was told the new buyer can sign a declaration of how he purchased it and wait 30 days then can title and register the bike. This bike is worth the wait !!Very sad to sell her. NO RESERVE !!!I live between Bakersfield and Lancaster California.Buyer must pay for transport or pick up in person. Will give a bill of sale.I will acept a paypal deposit of $250 of the selling price within 24 hours of close of auction. I wish to receive the balance within 7 days of end of sale in cash in person upon pickup or by wire before the bike is picked up. If I do not receive this clear $250 deposit paypal payment within 24 hours I reserve the right to relist the bike for sale.Please ask questions Thank you On Jun-27-11 at 11:46:03 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had a lot of interest about this bike, so to be perfectly clear, I am selling the bike with a bill of sale only. I have lost the paperwork when I bought it years ago. I never put the bike in my name and have never driven her on the main streets. She has been started a couple times every year and driven up and down our long driveway only. The bike has been dry stored for many many years....hence the condition. 8 months ago, I put a new factory battery in her. The new owner will have to register and title the bike in their state with my bill of sale. In California, this can be done with a declaration of how the new owner got the bike and a wait of 30 days. I do not know the regulations for other states. Thank you
