Vin # 11867A161455 Decoded: 1 = 1961 , 18 = Impala, 67 = Convertible, A = Atlanta, Ga. Assembly. 161455 Build Sequence. I have a clear Iowa title in hand. No lien or loans on the car.. Vin tag & Cowl tag are in place. Car is a true black Impala. This Impala Convertible is a Southern Impala that is rock solid. All rockers, frame and quarters and all undercarriage is in excellent original condition. I have additional pictures of the car so please email if you want to see more. But its the real deal southern car... All orignal body mounts are fully intact When I purchased the Impala the owner said the motor had been PROFESSIONALLY rebuilt and was the orignal 283 that came in the car. The Impala runs like a top and you can drive her anywhere. She runs great !!! The odomete shows 33625 miles but I assume that is has been turned over. If you are looking for an orignal Impala with what I would say is all GM original metal. This is the Impala of your dreams. She is solid !! The car is located in Waterloo, Iowa. I looked up NADA and the NADA prices are Low Retail: $18,100, Average retail: $41,700, High retail: 60,100. I think my Impala falls around the average retail price of $41,700. Needs a couple minor things such as a piece of trim I have ordered for it put on, door panels are older and exhaust will need changed sometime but is still very useable. Like the pictures show a good looking old car for 50 years old.
