1993 Mercury Grand Marquis LS V8 THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION STARTING AT $1.00! This is a very well maintained and cared for car. This car runs and drives and is currently my daily driver car. Please note by the pictures how clean this car was kept. I have been the owner for the past 5 years. This car has treated me well and I have regularly taken weekend trips to Kansas City and St. Louis from Springfield, I have also taken it to Minnesota about 10 times or so. Almost all of my miles that I put on it have been highway miles. The odometer stopped worked shortly after I bought the vehicle and I kept the trip meter running to track my miles until about a month ago when that went out. The odometer reads 216,000, but I have put on 29,000 miles, so it should be right close to 245,000 right now. There are a few issues with the car...all 4 power windows do not work, the cassette is broken, but the radio still works, gas tank lock is broken. It leaks about a quart of oil every 800 miles or so. The transmission slips at 40 and 65 if you let it sit at that speed and has done so since I have owned it. The exterior is in pretty decent condition. 99.5% rust free, just a couple very small spots on it above the tires. The paint is faded on the top of the car and trunk. The interior looks very clean although there are a few dirt stains in the seats, no rips or tears. Engine: Spark plugs and wires, alternator, fuel pump, water pump, serpentine belt, and 2 pulleys all new since I have owned it. I have also replaced the brakes the fall of 2010 and tires 2 years ago which have a lot of tread left. This is a great everyday driver car as I have used it. There is nothing that needs to be done for it to drive. This car runs amazing. Ice cold AC. The biggest car trunk I have ever seen. The power seats are great and it has a ton of leg room, I am 6'5'' and it fits me great. This car is looking for a new home! Please ask me any questions.
