2001 Jaquar XJ8 Clean Non-Smoker Vehicle with Clean Carfax Report Dual Power Seats with Memory Traction Control Anti-Theft Alarm Sunroof Sport Suspension Mode 6 Disc CD Mounted in Trunk Power Windows and Door Locks Loaded with all the bells and whistles Up for auction is a baeutiful Jaquar XJ8. This car drives smoothly. The exterior is a color called Mistral Blue. The interior is oatmeal leather. I've owned this car two years. Selling it to make room for a new car I'm purchasing. I replaced all four (4) tires in March 2011 with new Goodyear tires. These tires have less than 3,000 miles on them. One year ago I had the front stuts, shocks, and tie rod ends replaced. This car drives nicely and is the height of luxury. The exterior paint is in good shape. Please note: If you look closely at the picture of the rear, on the bumper, there are two (2) places where the paint is chipped on the bumper (someone in the parking lot at my job pulled forward too far and nicked the bumper with their license plate). Please see the last two (2) pictures I posted to see the paint imperfection. Please be advised that this car is pre-owned and might have other small dings, scratches, or other imperfections that I might not have noticed. Payment - The successful high bidder must pay a $1,000.00 non-reundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction via PayPal. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 3 days of the close of the auction using PayPal, Cash, or via Certified/Cashier's Check. If the Buyer intends to pays for the vehicle using Certified/Cashier's Check please contact me to arrange for FedEx of such funds. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. All funds in US Dollars. Please be sure to have full payment in place BEFORE bidding. 2. Vehicle Title - Title will be sent via FedEx within 30 days of auction close. 3. Payment Methods - Cash (In Person), Certified/Cashier's Check, Money Order. 4. Taxes and Registration Fees - Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the the state that the vehicle will be registered. 5. Shipping - the Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges andshipping arrangements. The vehicle must be picked up or shipped within 7 days after the auction close. I assume no responsiblity for damages incurred after picking up the vehicle. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. 6. No Warranty - This vehicle is being sold "as is." No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bid in making bids.
