It has a brand new 8" Top Gun Customz long arm lift with a new Carli Suspension steering stabilizer and brand new 37/13.50/22 Toyo tires with 22" Rockstar wheels. It also has Amp Research electric steps and everything was put on 700 Miles ago so it has a nice and tight solid feel to it. The long arm lift provides the same suspension ride as stock and returns all the angles back to the correct stock position. If this truck had a 6" short arm lift it would drive like a cement truck.
