1992 MAZDA MIATA MX5 Convertible 2 door coupe Automatic Transmission 4 cylnder Gasoline fuel injected engine Original AM-FM stereo Nice shiny bright blue with black top 4 recent Radial Tires, lots of tread, smooth ride, original rims New battery (located in trunk) Recent front brakes. Clean car, fun to drive , looks good, always starts quickly and runs smoothly, transmission shifts smoothly, a/c and heat working, brakes are recent, good on gas 28 mpg., Not burning oil or smoking, roof goes up and down fine with tonneau cover in the trunk (like new). Driver side air bag. Low miles for a 1992 model. Garage kept. Adult Owned. This model is based on the old "MGB" sports car, a modern copy by Mazda, even has similar engine and exhaust sounds. NOTE: The car has a few small holes on edge and wear areas/ stitches missing on the roof, small hole roof edge. Car is 19 yrs old, has a few small surface scratches, small hole in driver door near rear view mirror, and rust hole at lower rear in front of rear tire driver side. Car still looks good. Car is due for a "timing belt" change at 100,000 miles, and the water pump needs to be replaced during this procedure, as there is a slow coolant leak from water pump. Coolant needs to be "topped off" prior to long trips. (Mazda dealer in New Bedford, estimate of $450. for timing belt & water pump replacement) or about $200. if you do it yourself.
