I have a 2003 Pontiac sunfire for sale. I puchased the car around 3 months ago to save me money on gas because I travel back and forth from IN to KY every weekend. The trip is 5 hrs and about 325 miles. I have drove the car down and back over 10 times now w/ zero problems and it has indeed saved me a ton of money on gas getting around 35mpg on the highway. To tell you a little about the car... - approx 35 mpg hwy, 25 city - 5 speed manual trans, no problems w/ clutch or trans - Rebuilt Title (the previous owner had hit a large dog which tore up the front end and messed w/ some wiring of the car) - The gages on the car Temp, gas, mph DO NOT work some of the time, The rpm never works, but it does have a "dummy" shift light. - The paint on the car does have some scratches and dings in it, the front bumper is the worst with around 50% of the paint peeling off ( i don't think it was primered.) - The interior is in pretty good shape, there is a cigarette burn hole in both the driver and passenger seat. - The airbags WERE NOT replaced, the airbag covers were glued back on to help the looks of the inside. - It currently has 126k miles on it, i listed it @ 128k because I do drive it daily and have another trip to KY before the auction end. - There is something wrong with the motor fan, it has a wire you can plug into the fuse box to make it work fine though, i do this before taking any long trips. I haven't had any problems with it losing coolant and never overheated to my knowledge. - The AC/HEAT only works on high, and only blows out of the vents in front. - The Radio works good, but the CD Player wont work (haven't tried cleaning, could be a easy fix) - This is a very base model car, crank windows, manual locks, only a key to unlock doors (no key fob), no sunroof - The tires all have good tread (puchased 1 new when i bought the car) - That all i can think of right now, if i can think of any thing else on the car I will add it later on in the auction. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE feel free to ask any questions. I am only selling this car because I bought a Acura RSX w/ similar gas milage. I have a truck that I try not to drive because of the high gas prices and the fact i travel around 800 miles a week. This car has served it purpose for me, saving me money on gas. It would make a great 1st car, daily driver, or work car.... in the 3 months I have owned it, it has been very dependable just alot of little problems with the car that could probably be fixed fairly easy, but I had no intentions of sinking any money in the car. The car is located in Fairmount, IN (46928) I could also make arrangements for the car to be picked up in London, KY (40741) because I'm there nearly every weekend. I WOULD be willing to deliver the car up to 500 miles from my address in Fairmount for 1$ a mile(1 way) per MapQuest directions. I PREFER cash @ the time of pickup or cashiers check. I would be willing to accept PayPal for the entire balance. Absolutely no personal checks. This is the first time the car is listed so I will not require a deposit at auction end, and hopefully it will not be necessary to list again due to non paying buyer. Thanks for your time. I have actually looked at this. There is a crack in the bottom of the container and a hole in the hose leading to the spray thingies (whatever they are called) Another easy fix
