We are located in beautiful Durango Colorado. We have moved this car to Denver for your convenience in looking at it. We can arrange to have you picked up at Denver International Airport when you fly in to inspect this vehicle. This car is truly one of a kind. We acquired this car from Toyota in 2004 after it had been completely repainted from white to Prowler Yellow and the engine had been removed. The engine (not the car) was stolen while it was out of the car and the car was stored until a new Toyota factory engine was installed in early 2006. The engine was factory NEW, not used or rebuilt. The installation was done by Ryan Engine in Colorado. Total parts and labor exceeded $4500, and the clutch was changed at the same time. Since the engine installation, the car has been stored and only driven 472 miles in 5 years. The ODO mileage is ACTUAL. You can't find a better combination of fun, power and fuel economy than the GTS models. EPA rates this car at 20 mpg city and 29 mpg highway. The 6 speed transmission matches the power curve of the engine perfectly and shifts very smoothly. The engine is 100% stock. In addition to the visible modifications, the car has TRD exhaust, leather, side airbags, sunroof, and all other standard GTS equipment. We have lots of extra parts, and you can have them all with your purchase. After the sale is over, if you are the successful bidder and comply with the terms of payment, before the delivery of the car, WE WILL PAY for the car to be inspected by any Toyota dealer in the Colorado Front Range (from Greeley to Colorado Springs). The successful bidder may choose the dealership to do the inspection. If there is anything that is in need of attention, based on the inspection results, we will either properly repair the item at our expense, or at our sole choice, cancel the sale and refund your funds immediately. We are a franchised Nissan dealership, with the same ownership, and small town location, for almost 30 years. We're not a big Ebay seller, but our feedback is perfect, and we intend to keep it that way. THE FINE PRINT: 1) RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS AUCTION OFFERING EARLY IN THE EVENT OF A SALE: This car is offered for sale locally and we will be advertising this vehicle on other media. Under Colorado Law, we must reserve the right to end this listing early and sell it to a buyer responding to one of our ads. If you want the car, contact me sooner, rather than later. This car will sell. 2) NO WARRANTY: This is an AS-IS sale. We are not a Toyota dealer and cannot give you a factory warranty extension. There are however, aftermarket service contracts available for used vehicles. If you want this car, act quickly, take advantage of our inspection offer, and make an informed decision. 3) EMISSIONS: This car is guaranteed to pass Colorado emissions testing. We can not warrant emissions testing out of Colorado since we are not experts in those matters, but we believe that you should have no surprises. 4) SALES TAX: La Plata County, CO buyers will be charged local and state tax. All Colorado buyers will be charged state tax. No Sales tax is charged for out of state buyers. 5) "RIGHT OF RECISSION" : Colorado does not have a right of recission for motor vehicle purchases. Under Federal law, you MAY OR MAY NOT have a 3 day right of recission. If you have questions about this, check locally with your state or county Motor Vehicle office. 6) "A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT" : With the exception of the inspection provision above, if you are the high bidder, and do not comply with the terms of this listing and complete the purchase, we may either: cancel the sale or move to enforce its performance. The choice is solely in our discretion and we may charge a $500 non-compliance fee if you default in the purchase. 7) DELIVERY and LICENSE: This car is sold with delivery included in Durango, CO or the Denver Metropoloitan Area. If you choose, we can arrange for delivery of this vehicle, anywhere in the continental US, at your expense. We will issue you a temporary Colorado permit that is valid for 60 days, anywhere in the country. There is no additional charge for this. 8) DEALER AND HANDLING CHARGES: All retail sales, regardless of your state of residence, are subject to a dealer and handling fee of $289.95. 9) LAST BUT NOT LEAST: This is an 11 year old car. It is not a new car. There will always be tiny chips, scratches, and similar imperfections in a used car. You should always inspect a used car before purchase, as what we may consider to be "normal wear and tear" may not be "normal" to you. I am always happy to do a walk around with you on the phone and will do my best to accurately describe the vehicle, panel by panel.
