You are looking to bid on a 1978 Suzuki TS250 two-stroke street legal motorcycle. This motorcycle has had the seat upholstered, fork seals replaced, as well fork rubbers, kick-starter seal, shift-shaft seal, tachometer drive seal, new chain, rear and front sprockets, new battery and the tires have no more than 250 miles on them, so they are like new. Paint is from two years ago and peeling a bit on the front fender.Motor runs well and sounds like a vintage two-stroke should. Exhaust is just like new and has all of its original parts including spark arrestor. Carburetor was cleaned and adjusted to its best available spec considering that the original air filter and airbox have been replaced with a washable foam filter. Transmission works like it should, clutch is strong and it shifts just right. Oil injection system works. No rust in fuel tank. The choke handle on the carburetor is hand-made. A replacement part is not available but the handmade functions properly and it does what it's supposed to do. This motorcycle is ready to ride and has a clear PA title. This motorcycle does not have tools or an owner's manual. If you wish to have this motorcycle crated for shipping there will be an additional $250.00 added to the final bid price.
