Photos tell the story. 2nd owner. Less than 10,000 miles since new (odometer has not rolled over). Always garaged. . . the chrome, original vinyl top, glass and interior are all beautiful. Cloth upholstery is perfect, still has the new car smell. Everything works. All rubber weather strip is soft and as new, super clean engine compartment and trunk includes original Toyota tool kit, door jambs & sills are clean as new. The original metallic paint is starting to fade in a few places, but still very respectable for a 40 yr old. A few parking lot door dings, but no body rust, not even in the trunk. Most preventative maintenance items have been recently replaced with genuine Toyota parts to assure safety and reliability (filters, belts, hoses, spark plugs, plug wires, shocks, etc.). Recent brake job including new old stock Toyota master cylinder. Gas tank cleaned, sealed and treated for new gasolines blended with ethanol. Runs and drives great... as a 9,500 mile car should. The 4 cyl engine is peppy and gets nearly 30 MPG hwy. Fun to drive, easy to work on, roomy, comfortable, and very reliable. Parts still easy to get. My wife and I are avid old car hobbyist, not dealers (for 30+ years). My father was shop foreman/service manager & master technician for Toyota in the 70s when this car was new. (In case you are wondering, the midsize Corona was later replaced by Camry). Where else are you going to find a nearly new Toyota for this price?
