1975 Chevolet Laguna S-3 I am placing up for auction my Laguna S-3 that I have owned for the past 24 years. Mechanically, it's a 350 Cu. in. with a Demon 4 bbl. carb on an Edelbrock Performer intake. Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Both have been reconditioned, but the rebuilds are about 6 years old. Engine starts easily without smoking. Engine is dressed in many aluminum components. Transmission shifts firmly and properly. Exhaust consists of ceramic coated shorty headers and a full true dual exhaust with dual catalytic converters. The exterior has been completely reconditioned with many new panels installed and finished in a wetsanded and polished laser straight DuPont Chromabase basecoat / clearcoat finish. Rear body panel is laminated in real carbon fiber. Doors are lettered with alumaleaf under the clear, and subtle hand painted pinstriping accents the upper bodyline. On the trunk lid additional hand pinstriping adorns the lock area. Door and quarter panel bottoms are clean and without rust. Floor pans and frame have been sandblasted and epoxy coated black. Wheels are Boyd Junkyard Dog aluminum. 17X8 front , and 18X9 rears. Tires are 255/45/17's and 295/45/18'sThe vehicle has been lowered with a combination of dropped spindles in the front with QA1 coilover springs that offer some height adjustment. In the rear 3 inch lowering springs give it an aggressive look hunkering the car over the tire a nice amount. I still have the stock height front spindles if the winning bidder wishes to raise the front 2 inches. Vehicle drives straight and smooth. Inside, the stock swivel buckets have been recovered as well as the rear seat. New carpet, headliner, package tray and dash cover have also been installed. In place of the original warning lights, I sourced and installed the upgraded full gauge package with tach. In dash Alpine CD head unit drives 2 6X9's in the package tray, and a single speaker in the original dash location. I removed the stock A/C box underhood and installed a street rod style underdash A/C, heat, defrost unit to clean things up. Steering wheel is a Billet Specialties "Rival". Auction will be without a reserve, so if someone bids at the start price, it will sell for that. I will be willing to set up a "Buy It Now" for an agreed price over the start price depending at what the auction is at and how much time is left. I will not entertain lower offers, and do not wish to trade for anything else at this time. Non-refundable Paypal deposit of $500 required within 72 of auction close.
