Up for bid is a 1999 Ford Taurus 4-door Sedan with a 3.0L V6, inspected through June of 2011. This car is currently in need of repair or could be used for parts. The car needs a head gasket and struts before I would reccomend driving it and will most likley need a windshield replacement before it would pass inspection (current windshield has a crack - see pictures). The check engine light has been on since the day I bought it 4 years ago, was told that it was some type of sensor but I do not remember the details.The tires are all good with lots of tread left. The AC needs to be recharged. There is some minor rust and a few paint scratches, but overall the body is in good shape for as old as it is. There is a gouge on the rear drivers side from a minor fender bender the previous owner had (see pictures). There are also some minor dents in the hood from hitting a deer 2 years ago - I tried to show them in the picutres but they are not noticable. I replaced the engine 2 years ago - I believe this engine has somewhere around 120,000 miles on it. The transmission is original and seems fine. Everything else on the car seems to be working fine. This car could easily be fixed up and put back on the road or could be used for parts.
